This site is for health care facilities and providers billing Ontario auto insurers for services and goods provided to auto accident victims.

You may register at this site to obtain a registration number for use on the Auto Insurance Standard Invoice (AISI).

This site is to be used by:

Facilities - defined as the entity billing the insurer and receiving the payment

Regulated Health Professionals, as follows:

• Chiropractors
• Chiropodists and podiatrists
• Physicians and Surgeons
• Psychologists and psychological associates
• Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses
